What does a session actually involve?

A session starts with a research and scripting phase where NFK Media prepares the questions and the structure based on your company, your products, and the topics your target audience is paying attention to. The recording itself takes approximately one and a half hours online.

Who are the guests in a roundtable and how are they selected?

Participants are selected based on strategic alignment across businesses and audiences.

Every firm that appears in an NFK Media roundtable goes through a background and reputation check before any engagement is confirmed. We only work with established, reputable operators with a verifiable track record. This applies regardless of whether a firm holds a regulatory license.

Participants can come from your own network or be sourced and invited by NFK Media based on your commercial goals.

How long does it take to receive the content after a session?

The full content pipeline is delivered within one week of the session. You have a two-week review window before anything is published. If no feedback is received within that window, the content is considered approved and distribution proceeds.

Do you work with companies outside EU?

Yes. NFK Media works with institutional crypto firms across Asia, the Middle East, and other regions outside Europe, including firms that are in the process of obtaining European regulatory authorisation.

What is the difference between a 1-to-1 Conversation and a Webcast Roundtable?

A 1-to-1 Conversation is a structured session built around one company, featuring a member of its leadership team. It is focused on the firm's products, expertise, and market positioning.

A Webcast Roundtable brings together three to five companies with aligned audiences for a structured discussion on a shared topic. It is live streamed to LinkedIn and X and followed by an industry-facing intelligence report co-branded with all participants. The roundtable is designed specifically to build relationships between participants and extend reach across every participant's network.

How does the BD support work after a session?

Before the session, the client provides a target list of up to 15 individuals or companies. The script is structured with those targets in mind.

After production, NFK Media reaches out to each target directly, using the session content as the natural reason for contact. Follow-up is active and ongoing until a commercial conversation is established.

Relationship management includes setting up dedicated chats and groups and following up by email. The client's existing relationships are never contacted without explicit instruction from the client.

NFK Media does not provide regulated financial intermediary services and all outreach is conducted as a business development and media service on behalf of the client.
